Unlike the shadow, Shizuku's sleeves hung over her shoulders so she is out. When he found the note I figured it was Soyogi wanting to explain why she didn't visit, but has she ever worn something around her waist? From available clues, it doesn't have to be female, but other than the 4 girls and sensei who would have access to his bedroom?
