Depending on the law in your jurisdiction and on the evidence, it is possible that Shrade would arrested for inciting or assisting murder, if it could be proven that he had the necessary mental state (mens rea), which would make liable for the same penalty as murder. In the US there would be different degrees of murder so it's different.
