Bro alright let me give the lowdown here.

I don't want to see any mention of carbs anywhere ever, in general it should be no carbs at all.

But John, what does the 'in general' mean? Bro alright when you get down to about ~10% Body Fat Percentage we'll talk choosing 'okay' carbs, and calorie counting while we're at it.

Before that though, we keep it simple up in here, ya feel me?

Ketosis is the state in which your body is burning fat, a state that is unnecessary with enough carbs.

So John, does that mean if I don't take carbs I won't get fat?

Sugar is the white popo that bust the hood.

Most of it is obvious, like soda, some not so much.

Fructose is Fruit Sugar, fruits have sugar yes.

Never heard of multivitamins? They're a whole lot more efficient than vegetables and fruits, the latter which you should avoid like soda.

So John, I can't eat fruits and carbs, what do I eat?

Meat, fish, eggs, cheese, milk, etc.

Anything, as long as there's no sugar.

Which means it's technically okay to eat vegetables, too, if that's your fetish.

NO SUGAR

WHICH MEANS

NO CARBS

NO FRUITS
