Technically Blackbeard had no bounty when he joined the shichibukai. But if he was to be revoked after his visit to Impel Down for recruitments, I would estimate around 100 million. The one bounty I would want to know is that of the Shichibukai Mihawk. He is the only member of the Shichibukai whose bounty is yet to be revealed.
