In raw spec alone, Radiant Azazel is Jack of all stat: versatile armory, versatile defense and versatile speed. All in all, Charles become THE generic guy in the roster. Being an Armored Stratos, it doesn't have OOA either because there's no personality whatsoever within the cores.
