If Alto abandons Sheryl for Ranka....man, I don't know what to say. Not after the things he said in that scene. The only way I could see it happening is if Sheryl is dead. Which of course, could happen unfortunately. But if he does go Ranka chasing and abandons his pledge to stay with Sheryl while she is alive then he is lower than dirt.
