The 100 height and 125 width one capture the width I like.
I'd like you to make that 125 width into a 100 now and posts both, 100x100 and 100x125 pictures, by meaning: Width x Height.

Sure, I think I get what you mean, shrink the image so you get more image per pixel :P

I hope I didn't add too much to the taller image, you specified "head and shoulders" but I added a bit more than that to make it fit.
