Cruz had been manhunted by Simeon since there are flyers wanted posters for him in chapter 64. Disk even claimed its better if Cruz continues to cross-dress to hide his identity. Thus its not a possibility for him at the moment to change back. Poor Cruz, sucks to be in his shoes.
