I doubt we'd see an arc just focused around getting Hilda's memories back. From what we've learn in this series, it doesn't beat around the bush and just goes for it. This chapter is a perfect example.
Anyway, it looks like Hilda doesn't loose her memories, though this chapter was all over the place in the timeline, so it could still happen.
