Episode 1 spoiler-free review:
Style over substance, that all I can say. However unlike Strike Witches the girls manned the actual tanks, not becoming tank themselves. The 3D effects in this anime is bad although I liked the first person view of tank in action in first few minutes of the show. The animation quality is unimpressive but still pretty to look at. The ED song is quite good for a show like this and I wish I can hear the full version of it.
I rated it as 7/10.
