Harajuku cosplay isn't what is was, partly because some of the girls started to get creeped out by all the gawking from foreigners and partly because someone decided they should move it to Tokyo Dome and charge 2000¥ (plus 500¥ to take photos). But you still see some cosplayers by the bridge on Sunday if you get there pretty early.
