The only one from RM who fits Mikuru would be Jun's sister, what was her name again? I have such a terrible memory, just finished RM and i forget her name. She's not a doll though.
Suiseiseki is definitely Haruhi's counterpart, and maybe the girl who first got Hinaichigo, she could be the one to replace Yuki.
