Impressive how the fanservise in this show strikes when you are totally not expecting it to happen and not those kinds either, very classy i imo.
As for the ep, i think that this triangle that is forming is rather unnecessary since we all know how it will end >_> i prefer if it stayed the way it was before with only Ohana X Ko (in reality i wish it was an Ohana X Nako X Minchi yuri triangle, but that just a distant dream u.u)
