well there shouldn't be. even if we take the low end of the estimate and assume we just get 20 episodes out of already released manga, that would still put us well enough beyond the "middle of 2010" scheduled end of the arc. then tack on a few more episodes to cover the as yet unreleased manga and we can go back to filler at a proper break.
