^Have Ginjou explain from the bloody start why and how he left SS, ditch the whole psycho drama that Ichigo went through, and sincerely ask for his help, presenting the FB team as allies from the get-go.
If he wants to be a villain, then I would have ended bleach with "farewell", or turn it into a slice-of-life manga about Ichigo's deliquent fights from that point on :P

It's not like AS is a group of haters who're gonna hate, it's just that Ginjou's last line was totally stupid, he even brought it up in the middle of the bloody fight! That's even more half-assed than mentioning it after losing first.
