I think what he meant is that he's recording as proof, just in case.

What Kuroyukihime used was optical screenshot, which as the name implies, accesses the user's sight to take it...which takes longer, but she managed to do it in an instant
Haruyuki comment to it was "Even sleight of hand has a limit!!”
Anyway, good episode, lots of emotions thrown in.
Surprisingly, Disaster's seed is already beginning to affect Silver Crow.
And Takumu's imitation of Ash Roller was pretty funny...I guess he's used to seeing him.
