I think it will be like 14 ep SAO and 10 ALO. SAO part is short went you turn them into anime, volume 2 can be covered with 5 eps, volume 1 can be 5 - 6 eps, they likely going to mix 2 of them together and with some from volume 8. Volume 3 -4 can be really long especially it might take 1 episode to cover the prologue and chapter 1, the 2nd op should be here,
If they going to animated 3 arc then they got to make 3 OP which is costly as hell
, SAO and ALO background can burn alot of your money.
GGO should made into an OVA or a movie due to its kinda extreme content so Shinon fan should continue to cry

An R18 OVA should be delicated to this chapter alone, there is enough material to make a 25 minute H OVA given that the part on bakatsuki is around 1/4 or 1/3 of the actual 16.5
