AKAHIRO SAKURAI, who is teh win and (dare I say?) smex. I sound 100% fangirl here, but I REALLY like his voiceacting, and it is of course one of the many factors why I LOVE this arc. WOW, what a lot of CAPITALS. I'm sure I sound like an IDIOT, but who CARES. Hm.
