Yeah, ever since the anime caught up, it's been going downhill.

I don't mind filler arcs so much, where you can just delete the eps you know aren't supposed to be there, but when they start changing stuff around (change is a bad word, since the anime makers don't even know how things are supposed to be) it really bothers me, since I can never get the mangaka's vision animated.

Spoiler: I'll probably just hang around until after Inui's match, since you said it was pretty much the same as in the manga and it's one of my favorites.
