How did Houki and Cecilia enter the arena? I thought it was on lockdown level 4 or something, and 3rd year students were trying to break in? Even if they did manage to do so, shouldn't those upperclassmen is barging in first?

Houki comes out without an IS (I know she doesn't have a personal one like the others) JUST to yell at Ichika? I thought she was more sensible than that. At least Cecilia actually got in her IS and provided support. I'm slightly disappointed, Houki.
