Like royalties, they all marry within the families to maintain the purity of the blood. It remains unknown just how Yuuki and Kaname are related but in the vampire bloodline, they both carry Kuran bloods.

I have some ideas on this. First, Pureblood has a child with human, I don't know if it is genetically possible but since nothing says the opposite then I won't discard this. Second, both anime and manga sustain that humans who became vampires can keep their sanity by drinking the blood of the pureblood who bit him/her. Tough I don't remember if it was said if they needed the blood like somekind of drug and drink it peridiocally or if with just once was okay to keep their minds working. So, vampires who avoided falling to level E, by some reason could have become nobles.

This is just my thoughts, I think a noble category is given to vampires (not purebloods) who no longer need to drink a pureblood's blood, have great supernatural powers (like rido who controls fire), and maybe they need a good social status too (but this is the less important). So according to this, if it is confirmed that Zero no longer needs to drink from a pureblood, then he can be considered a noble too since he has amazing supernatural powers now.

The dialogue between Yuuki's mother and her father about their decision to finally create an offspring out of their love gives me the impression that pureblood vampire youngsters may not be born like humans. Really? I only paid attention to chibi Yuuki so I don't know.

I also think that Rido may be Kaname's brother or something. Rido is supposedly the current Head of the Kuran family and not Kaname - or so he and his followers claim.

Well, with a pureblood's messy family tree, I wouldn't be surprised if they really were brothers In that same chapter, Kaname's mother says to Rido something like "you came back to take my child again". Makes me wonder if Kaname might have really been her son, but was taken by Rido, who did god knows what, and now Kaname is no longer her son. Twisted my mind.
