However no, it's not against the signature rules to have two images in your signature - as long as you don't breach the guidelines.
@Einrei - if you want a 'whole' signature like the other one you posted, you will need to
drastically reduce the file sizes of the images beforehand. In total, they equal 148.5 KB, which is 100 KB over the limit at AS.
