What can I say? There is just too much ignorance about NTR to be ignored and its all over the place, lol. Though the link to mangaupdates is not to NTR discussion but just discussion to one particular netorare manga (Chisa x Pon), so in that case it is not a crusade at all. My main places are on hongfire and e-hentai to discuss netorare, if you want. Particularly because Fhc knows much more about than I do (as I mostly just uplaod stuff for nine years while he know about it much longer).
