I'd love to fulfill your 1st request *can't do animation so 2nd, don't count on me xD* but you should think that it's better if you provide the image yourself as me and perhaps other people who are available to do what you want, have never seen tales of vesperia and so, have no idea what image you're talking about...
it'd be pretty helpful if you could provide the image yourself or at least a link to the op and the time where the image is showed.
