Signum did cried in A's wehn she was about to start her final fight against Fate (when Fate goes Sonic form and right before being interrupted by the Lieze Twins). Fate tells her they can still be friends but Signum criy as she says is too late for that and that she'll fight with all the strenght for Hayate's sake.
About the trailers i think those are fine that way. I hate when trailers spoil you almost the entire movie xDU
