As for the girls
I'd choose
Inner Moka from Rosario and Vampire. The girl's strong and fierce. No doubt that the zombies would run away the moment they see her.
Revy from Black Lagoon is my other option as well. She's awesome with her guns.
As for the guys
I'd pick
Sebastian Michaelis from Kuroshitsuji. This gorgeous demon can eliminate an entire army of zombies. They'd take one look at him and run away in a blink of an eye.
After he fights, he'll make me a nice cup of tea.
