No. Apparently its a lot like Magic. It doesn't bouce back, but sorta just goes poof on his barrier.
I'm not majorly sure. Wait til someone with more experience answers.
But one thing I do know is, teleportation doesn't work on Accel. Well, not unless he let it or his reflection was off.
