Even with its (minimal) downs, this episode is incredibly great and enjoyable, but not so dramatic though...
Spoiler for Not really a spoiler anymore...:
FINALLY we start seeing Yuiichi under heavy stress, and I think this is going to affect the following episodes.
I think the reason this episode is not so dramatic is because of Kitakawa. He was truly awesome during the entire episode, lightening the mood and making some laugh from this side of the tv
No Hare Hare Yukai is dissapointing though
, but I guess there may be licence restrictions.
I guess the Kaori issue felt a little rushed, is like its difficult to see her development because the episode focused on Shiori, but still, its not that bad since her emotions are quite visible trough her actions.
And well, finally the fountain scene was the spotlight of the episode. Yuiichi didnt see that kiss coming
he got owned yeah
.
Oh well, it was good while it lasted, but I guess this is the end for Shiori. I wonder whats going to happen with Kaori, though (gogo Kitagawa!)
And BTW, if you still think Kanon's OST is not worth the money, you have some great piano BGM to shake that idea. Truly excelent sound management during this arc.
