I don't remember which volume it was written but Haru did gain a new move;

Spoiler for Haru's move:

After the duel with Kuroyukihime he mimicked her move and obtained Guard Reversal which is something like Aikido. There is also Aerial Combo using his wings to maintain speed and agility for his combination.
