Well, they are really powerful, but I think there are plenty of Ninjas out there that would kick there asses. I hate to be the one to do it, but we all know neither one of them comes close to Itachi. Then you have Jiraiya. We have never seen him fight seriously. And there are other villages Kages that haven't been introduced. They are powerful, but they aren't uber yet.
