Well, truthfully, we only really know anything about Lelouch's and Suzaku's dads. Kallen's is mostly a non-entity. Shirley's was apparently good to her. Milly's parents seem to forcing her into an arranged marriage. Ougi is going to be a dad at the end, and he was kind of a creep at the end too, I suppose.
