I really like avatars with just eye or hair movement. Not terribly fond of head movement, and particularly dislike mouse movement. Nice loops of blinking or hair blowing are great.
And since you mass produce these every episode, I'll use a different Nagi every episode as long as you can get good blinking or hair-waving ones.
