QT is the disposition that allows one to interact with QT-ARMS. QT-users can move QT-ARMS with their powerful thoughts. A device called QT-Amplifier is used to stabilise and allow continuous manifestation of their QT.

Regarding one's disposition of QT, it can be easily checked through blood samples and reaction to QT tests, but you must be registered by the government as a QT-user.

However, the use of QT-Amplifiers are restricted only to military weapons, normal civilians are not alloweed to possess and use QT abilities.(For this reason, the existance of QTs are largely unknown to the public). ICP's pilots are some of the few exemptions.

The battle between energy and materials was solved in an instant, the obstacles for space travel and colonisation, mass production of colonies and transportation of billions using space ships were solved, it allowed humans to officially enter the space colonisation age.

At first it was the Shishidou Group that monopolised the industries with QET, but slowly other industries picked up. For that, QET became a common technology in everyday life. But it still doesn't shake the Shishidou Group from its place as the leading complany that originally came up with QET development, the company has since become the largest and most powerful enterprise in human history.

The subject of QT should be quite clear now and everything makes good sense.
