Got to watch the subs. There's a few details to highlight.
Spoiler for Episode 25, subbed:
- Poor Oscar, watching his brother pretty much bleeding to death. Not very moving, though it adds a touch of realism.
- Very true, Lelouch (I swear, Lelouch is possessing Maximilian). History is written by the victors, unless it's never written at all.
- Now here's something I never thought I'd hear: Marina despairing. And to think, she's gotten so few lines, too.
- Lelouch makes Jaeger seem like a hypocrite in terms of "thirst for power", though he has a valid point. What Jaeger is doing isn't much different from what Lelouch is doing.
- Ah, the common ideal that "Power is everything". Many would agree with that, but what Lelouch doesn't realize is that power comes in many forms, not just brute force or utter destruction...
Not much else to say. Now to wait for the finale.
