I agree - jealousy would just be an example.
btw, say for the sake of example that Kyouko was in love with Ren and realised it, as she is in the story now - how do you think she'd react? I don't think she'll have a positive reaction to it at all. More like, she'd try to bury the feelings and start avoiding Ren.
