The would be more a mistake...since the two slots are linked, wouldn't the staff note that and swap them back to the correct pattern?
Were instead of the normal pattern:
1. (box 1) Sumire Saitou - (box 2) K-ON
It would have been entered like so:
1. (box 1) K-ON - (box 2) Sumire Saitou
That would be I suppose a dyslexic pattern?
