I would suggest to go for Mikuri's route first. Currently on Minto and is filled with a lot more drama that I had expected. Not bad but, is lacking on the romantic side that enjoyed so much in the other routes.
EDIT-
Today finished Sakura no Reply. Overall it was an enjoyable charage with an endearing cast of characters with a slice of life like plot focused mostly on comedy and romance with friendship and love themes. Drama was scarce but in some cases it felt too forced (Mai's route) and somewhat meaningless once it's over (Minto's route).
Spoiler for Final Thoughts:
My only problem with the game was Ichigo. I have seen a lot of main characters but, this has to be the first time I see one this bland. You could just replace him with a rock and it would not make that much of a difference. During most of the game he was just there reacting to whomever was in front of him. With his lack of personality and thoughts of his own made it really hard for me to relate to many of he's and the other's characters actions.
As for the heroines they were all extremely lovely and likable as one may expect for a charage. At the end of the day, Momo turned out to be my favorite character despite I was interested in Minto the most at first. Also, Mai is osananajimi I will not soon forget.
My favorite route would be Momo's. She and Ichigo had some nice romantic development during the common route, increasing during the her proper route. As a couple the pair felt like they truly belonged together instead of just going out for the sake of being a couple. As for the others routes, my second favorite was Chiyoko's which was really relaxed (drama wise) and fun (S Mai FTW), romance was okay-ish but, the couple felt somewhat unnatural to me.
Mai's route was really good romance wise, as a couple the pair really complemented each other probably even more that the IchigoxMomo pair, drama felt forced as it was really hard for me to relate to Mai's self-loathing considering "everything was fine". Mikuri's route was nice with a bit of supernatural elements mixed in yet, it felt pretty bland and none of it's elements was really outstanding from the rest of the routes.
Minto's route was quite surprising in the sense it was filled with drama from the very start unlike all the others, outside the h-scene there was almost no romance. Despite being blood-related there was no tension between them before or after they become lovers. Except for the h-scenes, their relationship hardly changed as they still felt like brother and sister during the rest of the route. Though the route was not bad, as I mentioned before, the drama (once over) felt meaningless since there wasn't any kind of character development for any of the characters. Kind of disappointed considering Minto was the main reason I had decided to play this game.
