I defined the pseudo-shift as an ability different from a one-off ability because one-off abilities require maximum synchronization with the IS to activate. Pseudo-shift doesn't, it relies solely on Silver Gospel.
Though I didn't know that the one off ability was core specific. I thought it was frame specific
