I think real world murder would be a bit too dark for the shows heroine, plus she would have had to fight alot of players to get to lvl 9 king status and im sure that large a body count would get accel world investigated and shut down, never mind being able to real life kill whoever you virtually kill would be insanely overpowered and in my personal opinion against what the creators of accel world had in mind.

The only 2 options I can think of is:-

A. She has a special attack that drops it's victims points to 0 - again unlikely as it is too overpowered an ability for a player to have although she is associated with the black colour which signifies death/loss etc

B. Poorly implemented plot development on the writers part.
