Nothing really special - before Onizuka found out Tiana was a Scarlet Dusk member he just treated her well, and even after finding out Tiana was much stronger than he was he still stuck along with her and tried his best to help her out. Tiana also has a bottomless stomach and likes to eat all sorts of stuff and he even tried cooking for her etc while bad mouthing her. so Onizuka was basically being tsundere to Tiana, guess it works on girls too.
