Data entity's POV is that it is not a difficult feat and they only transfer data throughout space-time without bothering with physical matter. If that is so there is little conflict with Mikuru past exchanging information with Mikuru in further future... although data entity did mention of the crude method of time travelling Human of future undertake... so who knows. Perhaps a side effect of the imperfect time travelling method is the thing that prevents big Mikuru from exchange of information with her younger self and how that both Mikuru can reveal precious little to the people of this timeframe...
