To be honest, I don't actually recal Nemu having any illness... Hmmm... unless you count the time Asakura said he "never knew that Moe's father owned the hospital Nemu went to" or something to that extent. I guess we can infer that Nemu visits the hospital rather regularly then?
Spoiler:
To be honest, I don't see what's wrong with Asakura getting together with Nemu, since they're not related by blood. Actually, the main reason why first cousins should not be allowed to marry (and have children) is the genetic factor.
First cousins are likely to possess similar genes, and their children are thus more likely to inherit recessive genes from both their parents, resulting in them having homozygous recessive genes. That is the only way you can get certain illnesses like haemophilia and sickle-cell anaemia.
Did that sound confusing? To be brief, the 'bad' and non-dominant genes are more likely to be inherited by children borne from closely-related parents. In conclusion, you can marry your cousin, but your kid won't exactly have the best of genes.

Sour-Do said, it's interesting how Sakura opposes Asakura and Nemu, just like how Nemu also says "anyone but Sakura... Ahhh, the story is getting better, only seven episodes left... I hope that there's a good ending, I don't like watching stuff just to find that the ending sucks
And oh, I downloaded the AOne&HQA version to begin with because I started a bit late and they had more BT seeds
The quality's great, and the only nit I can pick is that they somehow spell "Junichi" as "Jyunichi"...
