Physically speaking it's impossible.

That's why the largest and heaviest creatures on earth are located in the ocean because the effects of gravity is less there.

On Earth, there's no way you'd be able to operate such a massive 2 legged mech without straining or destroying its hydraulics.

But like Vexx said it's a damn movie so we throw that stuff out the window
