Not at all. One of the goals of the contest is to help everyone improve, and this thread is just as much for C&C as it is for gathering entries. As long as it's kept polite and constructive, there's no problems with offering an opinion or advice.

Seriously though, 30 animuted slices means they'd all load at different times and would be out of sync. Not recommended.
