I started watching K-ON a few weeks ago after my cousin recommended it to me. I'm not an anime buff but have a few anime movies. I liked the comedic aspect (Yui's antics) and the characters, as well as the character design. I finished watching season 2 a week or so after I initially found out about the series.
I love the episode in season 2 Field Trip the scene where Ritsu taunts Mio by whispering Lycopeen, where Yui & Mugi are laughing uncontrollably and Mugi snorts while Yui starts hacking up a lung - makes me laugh every time I watch it.
