As you guys might have already guessed, Momonga brought Narberal with him because she has the ability to morph herself. But he didn't take her character into consideration... She has the same view as Albedo and sees humans as lowly creatures/insects lol
As Ghost said, Momonga is travelling with humans because he needs more information about this world, magic system and maybe get some hints if other players arrived here. Also the most important fact, he is bored inside Nazarick since Albedo and Demiurge are doing most of the managing lol
