"Recent" is relative. I've been researching this a bit, but I still haven't found any solid information to argue against Einhart's statement that Klaus and Olivie lived 600 years ago. I don't see the TSAB only having been created about 150 years ago necessarily conflicting with that. The Wolkenritter were undoubtedly born long before that. Given that the book they were a part of wasn't even originally intended as a weapon (it just ended up being corrupted to be used as one) they could easily be well over 1000 years old: before Belka went into their self-destructive civil war arms race.
Anyway, Olivie was, at least, the greatest warrior in her time. Given the sort of forces that were at play in that time, the things people had modified themselves to be able to do and the evils that people were willing to try, that is not a title to take lightly. While I can't say for sure that there may not have been some ancient creation that could outdo her, at the least she ranks really high up there in the scale of powerful beings throughout the ages.
