Question about BV's deceleration ability
How does it actually work? does time just pass 1000 times faster while in the Unlimited Field? wouldn't that actually be sorta dangerous? considering you never know when people will walk past or mobs will attack
And how does he disable it? how does he know exactly when to disable it? even if he can disable it in under a second wouldn't that be way too late if someone decides to randomly attack him?
