Well, on the bright side, now that the manga is completed, perhaps someone will decided that this is the perfect time to renew a second season of the Emma anime, and continue the story to its conclusion.

I hope so too! The anime covered the first 3 volumes, right? Then another season with 13 episodes should be feasible... I hope that Emma will become successful outside of Japan.
