Lots of voice-overs in this one so I hope someone subs it/says if there's anything worth nothing in there. Trying to figure out if the text at the beginning says this is set 8 years after Last Exile or if it has just been 8 years since the first show aired, anyone with a better grasp on Japanese care to help me out?
